Equipping people seeking to enter the care profession with the skills and knowledge the sector demands is a rapidly expanding part of Quantum Group's service offer. We have a number of projects under way which are already yielding results in terms of helping people find new employment and retrain to keep employed.

Response to Redundancy (R2R)

An increasing number of organisations and partners are turning to us to deliver effective training programmes to retrain people for a new career, in the care profession as well as elsewhere.

14-19 Training

The current economic situtation is affecting young people disproportionately and high numbers remain unemployed, whereas the care sector continues to suffer sometimes acute staff shortages. To resolve these related issues we are running innovative training programmes for young people in a number of locations.

Entry to Employment (E2E)

This programme builds on our youth training activities, extending our offer to all seeking to retrain our start a new career.
