2. The Quantum Training Pack
All clients with a contract for either Mandatory Units and/or Induction to Skills for Care will receive the Quantum Training Pack, comprising of folders containing:
- Resumés of all Quantum's highly experienced trainers.
- Most up-to-date examples of the course books which are provided to all participants (which we systematically update as legislation changes).
- Training matrices, sent bi-monthly, enabling clients to track and evidence their staff's competency and skills progression.
In addition, all clients will receive an Accreditation Certificate for display on their premises.
All courses are delivered by Quantum's Training Team, led by Karen Brewin, who manages bookings and course coordination. Karen manages over 200 training contracts with care homes throughout the UK and she is proud of the fact that, to date, no client has ever failed to renew a contract with us.
