The following Terms and Conditions apply to both the Mandatory Units Training and Induction to Skills for Care Training courses:

• The contract must be signed and returned to Quantum Training Services at least 7 days before the relevant training commences; failure to do so may result in cancellation of the first training day. In addition payment must be received at least 7 working days before the first training session is due to commence.
• Training bookings will only be accepted by managers or their appointed persons e.g. Contact name provided by the client’s named contact.
• A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to book candidates onto courses at Quantum Training Centre Derby.
• A minimum of 2 weeks notice must be given to book training sessions ‘On-site’ (at the client's venue).
• All staff must arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time, either at Quantum Training Centre Derby or ‘On-site’.
• Any staff arriving more than 20 minutes late at Quantum Training Centre Derby, unless there are mitigating circumstances will be turned away and the homes manager or client will be informed. Rebooking of the session will be necessary by the manager or their appointed person.
• During training sessions either at Quantum Training Centre Derby or ‘On-site’ non participation or disruptive behaviour by candidates will result in the individual(s) being asked by the trainer to leave. The manager will be informed of this action as soon as is practicable, and certificates will not be issued to such delegates.
• Any client’s notice of cancellation of training ‘On-site’ with less than 72 hours notice may result in the forfeit of the training session, except under exceptional circumstances which will be at the discretion of Quantum Training Services. Cancellation with less than 24 (working) hours’ notice will require the client to meet any expenses incurred by Quantum Training Services up to the point of cancellation in preparing to deliver the course. The out-of-hours emergency number for messages or cancellations is 07827891867.
• Any client’s notice of cancellation of places booked for training at Quantum Training Centre Derby with less than 72 hours notice may result in the client being invoiced for any costs incurred up to the moment of cancellation in preparing to deliver the training (except under exceptional circumstances which will be at the discretion of Quantum Training Services).
• Confirmation of your training session including names of delegates is required at least 72 hours before commencement of any training; failure to do so may result in loss of the training session.
