Responding to our clients' needs we established Quantum Management Services to help care home managers cope with ever-changing management demands. QMS is an independent healthcare consultancy service, part of the Quantum Group, providing high quality advice and guidance on matters relating to care homes - residential or with nursing - as well as domiciliary care practices.

Quantum Management Services:

Supports the manager without taking over the management.
Does not seek to impose solutions: we are independent and we will suggest actions for improving services or developing an existing service.
Will work closely with clients to produce realistic and logical plans and help get them implemented.
Will not attempt to sanitise services that we find to be below standard during an audit. Rather, these will be brought forward to management's attention, with supporting evidence, with an emphasis on learning and moving forward to implementing improvements.
