Gill Adams
Training Team Leader, Trainer
Summary:
Gill has extensive experience in hotel services and catering, having progressed from restaurant supervision after leaving education to senior management roles. Prior to joining Quantum Group Gill was a nationwide manager for a cleaning services company, with responsibility for c. 150 staff and account managers. Whilst still delivering training in the Mandatory Units personally, Gill leads Quantum Group's training team with responsibility for operations, quality and budgeting.

Clare Lawrence
Management Consultant , Internal Verifier, Assessor
Summary:
Clare has 20 years experience in health and social care, qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 1995. Clare has worked in both the NHS and the private sector and has managed both Nursing and Residential provisions. Her main areas of professional practice are in care of the elderly and learning disability. Alongside her health and social care experience Clare has also worked in a large FE college where she developed and coordinated the Level 4 provision for Health and Social Care NVQs and the RMA and delivered the associated training and assessment.

Roy Riseborough

Dennis Smith
Trainer
Summary:
Dennis has over 24 years’ experience of training people working in a variety of sectors,
including the NHS, MoD and Higher Education. His work has also given him a full understanding of the particular safety and hygiene issues in the Care, Commercial, Service and Retail sectors. He has been a Health and Safety Manager as well as a Quality Assurance Manager.
