Summary:

Clare has 20 years experience in health and social care, qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 1995. Clare has worked in both the NHS and the private sector and has managed both Nursing and Residential provisions. Her main areas of professional practice are in care of the elderly and learning disability. Alongside her health and social care experience Clare has also worked in a large FE college where she developed and coordinated the Level 4 provision for Health and Social Care NVQs and the RMA and delivered the associated training and assessment.

Clare Lawrence is presently visiting Lilybank as she is the assessor for candidates doing their NVQ levels 2 3 and 4. Clare is very supportive to us all, she visits approximately every month and is always polite and cheerful. Clare offers the candidates good guidance and advice. If staff are having difficulty with any work which has been set out for them Clare is easily contactable either by phone or email. Clare will always arrange times and dates which suit herself and the candidates. When Clare does observations she is polite to service users and maintains their privacy. I feel Clare is very approachable and does a fantastic job to support such a wide range of people.
