Quantum Group is a family company, and as we grow we want it to stay that way, providing a friendly yet professional service to our clients and learners.

Our company structure

We organise our business by activity, so that we can focus on delivering the best possible products and services that meet our clients' expectations. However we know that our clients often buy more than one service from us, such as training courses and NVQs for individual staff members, and it can be frustrating when they just want a single point of contact. Therefore in the near future we will be bringing all information concerning all our activities within our central company database so that any member of Quantum Group staff can see our relationship with any client at-a-glance, and help them more efficiently.

Our approach to people

Posts within our company structure are carefully recruited for, so that we get the best possible fit between the role and the applicant.

Upon joining Quantum Group all staff, just like our learners, agree an Individual Learning Plan, with training needs and suitable courses identified to help them meet their personal development goals and the needs of their team and the company. This helps our business stay ahead both by maximizing our people's potential and making sure we understand how training should be done in the best organizations.

Besides investing in their development we retain and motivate our people by ensuring they share in the success of the business, and see the benefits of their efforts.

A word about freelancers

Our approach at Quantum Group is to deliver as much as we can through our own employed trainers, with whom we have built up a strong relationship over time. However we do occasionally employ freelance trainers to deliver specific courses, usually specialist and bespoke courses designed by us for our clients. However our commitment to our clients is that this distinction between employee and self employed will never occur to them, as we take every measure to ensure all our trainers meet our exacting requirements for course quality.
