Overall the sessions were very good. The staff remarked how enjoyable the sessions were, Jo was also very sensitive to the needs of one staff member with reading difficulties who had been too embarrassed to attend the training session previously.

Quantum to offer better, faster qualifications through E-Learning
NVQ Students of Mercia College, Quantum Group’s qualifications organization, can now undertake their coursework more flexibly, either from the workplace, at home or indeed wherever they can get online. The Quantum Group has teamed up with OneFile (www.onefile.co.uk) to create a learning portal dedicated to Mercia College students.
Quantum’s NVQ Business Administration Assessor Amy Bell says: “More and more of my students are already switching from paper to OneFile using the internet, as it makes it so much easier for us to communicate and keep track of their progression. The students say that it means they can work on their NVQ anywhere, even at work, which is helping them to complete the qualification faster but without their seeing any compromise to the quality of their learning”.
