Response to Redundancy (R2R)

altApprenticeships

Employer clients can benefit from our large volume of learners, may of whom are seeking an Apprenticeship position; likewise would-be Apprentices can be put forward as candidates to our clients. 14-19 Training

altAs a leading training company, Quantum Group has a proven track record of helping people who have already started their career to learn new skills and progress. However the continuing staff and skills shortages in the health and social care sectors as noted by our many clients, along with the disproportionate degree of unemployment amongst society's younger groups, helped us to decide that we have something to contribute to training younger people and helping them find work as carers. Therefore we have set up a project team to increase our activities and training offer for this sector (the 'Building Bridges into Health and Social Care' project showcased below is an example of this work). They also received tuition in I.T. and help with their CV and job search and were awarded a certificate by the Mayor of Leicester. Click here to read more.
