Our clients increasingly prefer their staff to be trained at our own facilities in Derby as it affords them more flexibility and causes less disruption to their operations. 

Centrally located in Derby and easily accessible, the fully appointed training centre creates a focused learning environment.  We have a schedule of regular training sessions as well as the capacity to run additional courses at short notice.

Situated in a dedicated section of our premises, the centre currently consists of three training rooms, which can be combined to accomodate up to sixty learners for large training sessions and meetings. We have invested in the latest presentation and multimedia equipment so that everyone attending training sessions with us achieves the highest possible learning outcomes. Given that many of our training courses are quite technical in nature it has also been necessary to provide a variety of appliances and equipment typically found in a care environment, so that situations that our learners are likely to encounter in their work can be realistically simulated and  the learners can immediately apply what they have seen demonstrated.

The feedback we have received from numerous clients whose staff have successfully attended training sessions with us in Derby is that the learners feel more able to focus on the subject and are not distracted, as they sometimes can be, by undergoing training in the workplace. The 'college' atmosphere at the centre also ensures that learners feel that their professional development is taken seriously by both their employer and our highly experienced trainers.
