| Learning Outcomes: | Following this course participants will be able to: describe the care plan process and justify its use; outline the process of completing a care plan; share knowledge of legislation underlying care planning e.g. Care Standards Act 2000; be able to write a simple care objective and care plan; understand how care plans are personal and specific to the care receiver and form the contract of care given. | ||
| Suitable for: | Managerial and administrative staff in care homes as well as care staff with a supervisory role; although all carers will benefit from this course given the value of care planning. | ||
